Thick Chocolate Smoothie


Craving for something sweet? This thick chocolate smoothie has no added sugar and makes you feel full and satisfy sugar cravings.

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp oats
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- A dash of vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 5 ice cubes
- A dash of honey/agave

Method:

1. Place all ingredients into your smoothie blender and blend it.
